The Missouri Attorney General’s Office is seeking an attorney to serve in its Medicaid Fraud Control Section in its Jefferson City office. This position presents excellent opportunities for both civil and criminal prosecutorial experience. Eligible candidates should: have at least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in criminal law or health care related litigation; have graduated in the top 30% of the candidate’s law school class; have excellent writing skills; have a strong commitment to public service; have a strong interest in health care; and be licensed to practice law in Missouri.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
