All individuals accepting appointments as Assistant Attorneys General commit themselves to at least two years of service.

Job Description

Attorney for the Financial Services Division, Recovery Unit. This attorney will represent the state primarily in collection litigation in circuit court, often in probate court. This position provides an excellent opportunity to manage a caseload of collection matters and obtain first-chair litigation experience.

Salaries are evaluated commensurate with experience.
