All individuals accepting appointments as Assistant Attorneys General commit themselves to at least two years of service.

Job Description

This position offers an immediate opportunity to gain litigation experience, including practice before circuit and appellate courts, as well administrative agencies. Duties include counseling various boards responsible for governing licensed professions and pursuing enforcement actions to discipline individuals who have violated rules of professional conduct. Opportunities include complex litigation and a wide variety of administrative litigation. Litigation experience preferred.

Salaries are evaluated commensurate with experience.
